As the next steps on pay become clearer, we will look to consult you on what offer you would accept from Oxfam and if Oxfam are not willing to come back to the negotiating table what further action the IOU membership would be willing to take. The Unions will be meeting with Mark today for the first time(!), and we wanted to share with you the issues we will be raising with him and those that we raised with Caroline Thompson a few weeks ago.

• Oxfam's governance and how we can ensure greater representation of staff voices in decision making
  
• Culture change: how the Unions can work with LT and Council to ensure that this is sufficiently ambitious
  
• HR practices: sharing gaps where we felt that Oxfam was falling short in its behaviour towards staff
  
• How we can ensure that staff welfare isn't lost in the speed with which the organisation must make changes
  

We're really keen that this culture changes starts now, with better representation of staff voices, so we really want to hear about the issues that are important to you and represent you as best as we can.
